We offer flexible payment options (cash, check, ACH, debit card, credit card & auto pay) to ensure your residents are able to easily make payments each month.

Rent, paid in full, is due on the 1st. In compliance with fair housing, we are legally required to abstain from making special arrangements or timelines per resident. We uphold the terms of our lease agreement for every resident, every time. Text/call/email reminders begin on the 3rd if payment has not been received in full. Files are submitted to legal by the 10th of the month if payment has not been received.
